Portfolio and tenants

Until 31 December 2018, WAN S.A. completed 25 investments, with total surface area of over 253,000 sq.m. The current status of the WAN capital group’s portfolio amounts to a total of over 80,100 sq.m of office and retail surface (27,500 sq.m for lease), warehouse and production surface (41,000 sq.m for lease), and residential surface (11,600 sq.m of net surface for sale).

All investments intended for lease are perfectly located which means that they can bring an annual lease income in the amount of PLN 20 million net. Every year, the company Polish Properties carries out a reliable valuation of the property portfolio in accordance with corporate standards.

Office, retail and warehouse surface is leased by a diversified group of tenants, such as banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies representing both Polish and foreign capital, including global network entities.

The total office and retail surface for lease is over 27,500 sq.m (including 359 garage parking lots).

 

The total warehouse and production surface for lease is approx. 41,000 sq.m net.

The land portfolio of the WAN Capital Group currently includes surface area of more than 1,300,000 sq.m, and in 2019-2023 it is planned to perform residential, office and warehouse projects with a total net surface of up to 227,700 sq.m and 48,000 sq.m of garage space belonging to them.
