Legal status: valid building permit
The investment is carried out as part of several independent development projects which will include 463 apartments with usable areas in the range of 31-94 sq.m.
The first phase will include ten three-storey buildings (nine apartments in each building), two single-family buildings (with two two-floor residential premises in each building) as well as one retail and commercial building for a department store. Also, surface parking lots located within the entire estate are waiting for future residents.
The investment started in March 2017. The first phase is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.
