2022

Sale of part of the portfolio of penthouses located in Warsaw and Cracow.

Sale of all service premises at Czerniowiecka Street, as well as some premises at Hanki Czaki Street in Warsaw.

The WAN company became a sponsor of the women’s volleyball section of the Międzyszkolny Ośrodek Sportowy nr 6 Warszawa-Wola.

The realization of the investment under the name of Twoja Ludna in Milanówek was completed, under which four semi-detached buildings were built.

The implementation and sale of the third stage of the Osiedle na Zdrowiu investment in Łódź has been completed. At the same time, the next stage of the investment was launched – Osiedle na Zdrowiu IV, and the construction of the second stage of a small investment in Warsaw on the border of Bielany and Żoliborz – Apartamenty Marymoncka II.

The implementation of new office projects – Babka Tower II stage I and warehouse projects located in Kutno, Załuski, Adamowice, Wola Pękoszewska and Chrzczonowice has started.

2021

The construction of Jeziorki Residence began. The investment locate in the Warsaw district of Ursynów, in the vicinity of Puławska street – the city main street, close to the southern ring road of Warsaw.

At the same time, another project was started in the Warsaw agglomeration. Attractive, terraced buildings, designed on the outskirts of Milanówek, surrounded by green areas – Twoja Ludna.

Start of the investment Srebrzysta Polana in Mińsk Mazowiecki. It is planned to build 32 premises in terraced, semi-detached and detached buildings.

The Apartamenty Snycerska investment in Krakow was completed and all 47 apartments were sold.

The second stage of the Osiedle na Zdrowiu investment in Łódź was also completed, in which 138 apartments were sold.

Sale of two warehouse investments: Logistics park in Pruszków – over 18.7 thousand sq m. m2 and a production and warehouse facility at Chlebowa Street in Warsaw, as well as the “Apis” office building at Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw.

2020

The construction of Osiedle na Zdrowiu III begins in the Łódź district of Polesie. WAN S.A. continues this large project intended to provide the residents of Łódź with over 460 apartments in affordable sizes. The entire project is designed to include several dozen buildings arranged on a plot of over 6 hectares close to a vast forest. The third stage of the concept Osiedle na Zdrowiu is a consequence of the first two (Osiedle na Zdrowiu I, Osiedle na Zdrowiu II) that enjoyed great success. Simple, minimalistic buildings, picturesquely planned among green areas, blend into local landscape. In October, Osiedle na Zdrowiu II won the award of the Best Development Project in Łódź according to the users of the Rynek Pierwotny website.

Our company obtained three valid permits for the construction of the Logistics Park in Kutno, consisting of three warehouse halls of various sizes located in the vicinity of the A1 motorway; total of over 51,000 sq. m of leasable area.

WAN is also preparing to develop another logistics project in Załuski. We obtained a building permit for a warehouse of 11,146 sq. m, which will be located next to the route S7.

In the office and retail sector, our company also obtained a legally valid building permit for the construction of the 1st stage of the Babka Tower II building. The facility will be located in a prestigious location, at the intersection of the avenue Jana Pawła II and streets Okopowa & Słomińskiego, in the vicinity of Westfield Arkadia – the largest shopping center in Poland.

Thanks to our efforts to implement residential projects, we obtained a legally valid building permit for the Jeziorki Residence investment – 9 semi-detached residential buildings, in the Warsaw district of Ursynów, Srebrzysta Polana – 32 premises in terraced, semi-detached and detached buildings in Mińsk Mazowiecki, as well as Twoja Ludna – 4 semi-detached residential buildings in Milanówek.

WAN signed contracts for the design of new facilities, including Aparthotel in Węgorzewo, and a number of attractive residential investments in Warsaw and Cracow – Osiedle Zielonych Traw; a luxurious house at ul. Poleczki; multi-family investment Apartamenty Narutowicza.

2019

WAN begins construction works within the second stage of the highly reputable investment Apartamenty Marymoncka in the Warsaw district of Żoliborz. As part of the project, 48 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 172 sq. m will be built.

In September, Kapituła Certyfikatu Dewelopera Polskiego Związku Pracodawców Budownictwa (Developer Certificate Committee of the Polish Association of Construction Employers) awards WAN Company with the Developer Certificate for 2019-2021.

In the fourth quarter, the construction of the estate Osiedle na Zdrowiu I in Łódź is completed. This attractive investment of 95 apartments was sold in 100%. This success led to launching of the following development project Osiedle na Zdrowiu II, which was to bring a total of 139 premises.

In Cracow, the execution of the exclusive project of 47 apartments – Apartamenty Snycerska began. This investment was planned to be built in the vicinity of another large development project of our company Apartamenty Wielicka II, which had been sold out in 2019 and recognised by the website Rynek Pierwotny as the Best Housing Investment in Cracow.

2018

The investment Apartamenty Wielicka Stage II in Cracow was handed over for use.

Our company is about to complete the sale of the office building with an area of 36,000 sq. m at ul. Postępu 3 in Warsaw. The facility had been leased for 10 years as the headquarters of Polkomtel S.A.

In 2018, the sale of Apartamenty Wielicka I  in Cracow was almost completed. 341 transactions were made – 99% of the entire residential offer.

WAN S.A. purchased an attractive development area in Kutno. Our plan is to build there over 51,000 sq. m of warehouse space. We immediately contracted a design of three warehouse halls.

We made a successful deal with regards to our company’s key logistics facilities by signing two lease contracts:

  • Warehouse in Pruszków of 18,732 sq. m was leased until 2022, with the possibility of further extension until 2024, by Jeronimo Martins.
  • Stocznie Centromost in Płock of 18,781 sq. m was leased until April 30, 2024, by Veka group from the Netherlands.

2017

WAN begins the construction of the large residential project Osiedle na Zdrowiu in Łódź.

In September, the Committee of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers (PZPB) grants WAN once again the Developer’s Certificate for the years 2017-2019.

The company Projekt Postępu Sp. z o.o., in which WAN holds 50% of shares, sells the office building at ul. Postępu 3 in Warsaw (usable area of 37,000 sq.m). It is one of the largest transactions on the office market in Poland in 2017.

In October 2015, at the Gala of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers (PZPB) in Warsaw, the Company is awarded the Developer’s Certificate for the sixth time in a row.

2014

In 2014, WAN finishes the construction of 342 apartments in the first stage of the investment Apartamenty Wielicka in Cracow.

WAN 44 Sp. z o.o. from the WAN S.A. capital group is listed among Forbes Diamonds. The company is appreciated for the largest, average annual increase in value, based on data submitted to the National Court Register. The Forbes Diamonds list is prepared by Bisnode Polska in cooperation with Forbes.

2013

In November, WAN SA signs a long-term lease agreement for warehouse surface with Jeronimo Martins Drogerie i Farmacja Sp. z o.o. The new tenant is a global concern acting in Poland as the operator of the Biedronka grocery discount chain and the Hebe chemist.

By this agreement, the logistics park in Pruszków becomes the central warehouse of the above-mentioned company in Poland.

2012

WAN starts the construction of the Apartamenty Wielicka residential project in Cracow. Ultimately, six well-designed buildings with almost 500 apartments are built.

PKO Bank Polski grants WAN S.A. an investment loan for the amount of over PLN 53 million intended for the construction of the Apartamenty Wielicka housing estate. Customer payments are collected on a separate bank account specially intended for this purpose, providing them with full security and protection throughout the entire investment.

On March 22 at the Gala of Puls Biznesu, WAN 11, belonging to the WAN SA capital group, receives the Gazela Biznesu certificate, thus joining the elite club of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises in Poland.

2011

In Warsaw, a five-storey office building at Puławska is completed, located behind the Warsaw Horse Races in Służewiec. It’s a modern, intimate, glass facility, designed by the renowned Baza Architects studio, meeting the latest technical requirements applicable in this type of buildings.

The Apartamenty Stary Żoliborz investment is honoured with the Brukalskis Award for the ‘Best Architecture of Żoliborz in 2006-2010’.

In September 2011, at the Gala of Construction Day in Warsaw, WAN receives the Developer’s Certificate for the fourth time in a row.

2010

WAN builds a modern logistics park in Pruszków near Warsaw, close to the exit from the A-2 Warsaw – Berlin motorway under construction at that time which significantly raised the attractiveness of the investment.

The company receives the prestigious Business Credibility Certificate awarded by the Dun & Bradstreet Poland, the agency for the highest stability assessment of the company in 2009.

2009

WAN completes the construction of a housing estate of more than 50 single- and multi-family houses, located in Solec, 3.5 km from the centre of Konstancin-Jeziorna. House designs are maintained in a traditional, manor style.

In July 2009, one of the most influential people in the world, Dalai Lama, personally inaugurates the opening of the WAN premises leased to the Traditional Tibetan Herbal Medicine Clinic, located within the Apartamenty Stary Żoliborz investment.

In September 2009, at the Developer Gala, WAN is awarded for the third time in a row with the Developer’s Certificate.

2008

WAN buys an office building at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. There are plans to build a new facility at a higher standard in this location in the following years.

In the Rzeczpospolita ranking, the Company is listed among 2000 largest companies in Poland, taking the leading positions in the following categories: 2nd place for employment effectiveness, 8th place for turnover profitability and 11th place for the largest profits in the industry.

In the popularity poll “Murator Expo” in September 2008, WAN holds the honourable third place in the category “Reliability” and the fifth place in the category “Customer Service Quality”.

2007

The company starts a partnership cooperation with Morgan Stanley Real Estate, a global financial institution operating in 31 countries through a network of 600 offices. By purchasing shares through one of its funds, Morgan Stanley becomes a holder of 25% of WAN SA shareholding.

Completion of the investment project Apartamenty Żeglarskie in Węgorzewo in the Masurian Lakeland, on the Great Lakes Trail. The building with 65 premises is adjacent to the yacht harbour “Keja”.

WAN takes over a complex of two office buildings at ul. Okopowa located right next to the most representative part of Gdańsk – the Old Town.

In the Rzeczpospolita ranking of 2000 largest companies in Poland, WAN holds high positions in the following categories: 2nd place for most investments considering the investment indicator, 8th place for turnover profitability and 12th place for the largest profits in the industry.

2006

The Stary Żoliborz apartment building is constructed, consisting of two buildings:  a big, seven-storey boomerang-shaped building with an inner, green courtyard, creating a cozy atmosphere, and a lower four-storey rectangle building, with roof-top gardens belonging to beautiful spacious penthouses.

WAN also supports Anna Dymna’s foundation “Mimo Wszystko”. The main idea of the foundation’s activity is to make chances of disabled and non-disabled people equal by removing mental barriers that separate these two seemingly different worlds.

In the popularity poll of New Houses and Apartments, WAN receives three awards: third place in the category “Offer Attractiveness “, second place in the category “Reliability” and third place in the category “Customer Service Quality”.

2005

Completion of the construction of the office complex at ul. Postępu 3. The lease of the facility for a ten-year fixed term becomes the largest transaction on the Warsaw office surface market in 2004.

The Company WAN 11 from the WAN SA capital group begins the construction of the office complex at ul. Postępu 3, located in Służewiec, a very dynamically developing district of Warsaw. Buildings finished according to the needs of the tenant, Polkomtel S.A., the operator of the Plus GSM mobile network.

WAN receives the first developer’s certificate awarded by the Committee of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers (PZPB).

In the Life in Architecture competition, the company receives a nomination in the category of multi-family buildings constructed in Warsaw in 2004-2005.

2003

Completion of the building Rezydencja Przy Skoczni in Warsaw.

2002

Start of the construction of the luxury apartment building Rezydencja Przy Skoczni, at ul. Czerniowiecka in Warsaw. Situated on the Mokotów escarpment, with its characteristic light stone facades contrasting with vertical windows and metal balconies, this building is nominated for the main prize in the multi-family building category in the competition organized by the Architektura magazine.

WAN begins to support with annual payments the Polsat Foundation, one of the largest Polish NGOs, helping ill children, saving their health and life. The Foundation took care of 13,695 little patients, supported financially 997 hospitals and medical centres. For statutory purposes, it transferred a total of over PLN 152 million.

2001

WAN completes the construction of the 25-storey Babka Tower. This building was the biggest apartment and office building in Poland at that time and to this day is a widely recognisable landmark of Warsaw landscape. The seat of the WAN headquarters is also located in this building

2000

WAN completes the construction of the residential part of the Babka Tower building in Warsaw with 351 flats and four penthouses. The building design is performed by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio.

1999

Investment located at ul. Bielawska, on the edge of the picturesque Mokotów escarpment. One of the first apartment buildings in Warsaw. Fenced, with round the clock security, an underground garage and winter gardens, finished to a high standard, equipped with silent elevators, featuring spacious penthouses on the top floor.

1998

Another residential investment in Warsaw, at ul. Sielecka, in the vicinity of the most beautiful, green enclave of the capital – Łazienki Park. It’s a residence building with a calm and simple design consisting of 23 luxury apartments and two office floors.

1997

On the map of the centre of Warsaw, at Dubois Street, near Skwer Szmula Zygielbojma, there is a seven-storey and very modern office building. It was finished to a high standard and sold to the headquarters of BISE S.A. bank (currently DnB Nord Polska S.A.) immediately after its completion.

1996

A modern production and warehouse facility is built in Warsaw at ul. Chlebowa. The property consists of two warehouses, an office and a vehicle manoeuvring square.

We build also a cosy house located in the residential part of Milanówek, at Słowackiego street. It is also the first residential investment of WAN, sold immediately after its completion.
