Acting on behalf of the company “WAN” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company“), pursuant to Article 16 section 1 and 2 of the act of August 30, 2019 amending the act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1798, as amended) (“Act“), the Management Board of the Company hereby calls on all shareholders of the Company to immediately submit to the Company all share documents held by shareholders.
The Company informs that pursuant to Article 15 section 1 of the Act the binding force of share documents issued by the Company will expire by law on March 1, 2021. On that date, entries in the register of shareholders will become legally binding.
